Lee Goodenough is a GTM, Commercial, and Revenue Operations specialist with over 15 years’ experience designing, scaling, and fixing go-to-market operating models in complex organisations.
His background spans hands-on ownership of Salesforce-based commercial systems, forecasting and pipeline governance, and cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and IT. He has operated at senior leadership level, including as Managing Director of VASS UK & Ireland, while remaining closely involved in the practical mechanics of how revenue is generated, tracked, and delivered.
Lee founded Goodenough Consulting to focus on hands-on GTM operations work – acting as a fixer, operator, and product owner for commercial systems. His approach is pragmatic, independent, and outcomes-led, helping organisations move from fragmented execution to clear, scalable, and predictable revenue operations.
