His background spans hands-on ownership of Salesforce-based commercial systems, forecasting and pipeline governance, and cross-functional execution across Marketing, Sales, Customer Care, Operations, Finance, and IT. He has built and scaled teams, stabilised underperforming systems, and helped organisations move from fragmented execution to predictable revenue outcomes.
